Outcare Foundation Past Events

On Tuesday, December 6, 2016, Talbots and Christine Irvine hosted a holiday fashion fundraiser. 10% of proceeds from this event were donated to the OutCare Foundation!


On Saturday, November 19, 2016, the second edition of the Seniors’ Expo took place. This event welcomed over 400 people and raised over $7,000 for the OutCare Foundation. A special thanks to Next Step Transitions and Tea And Toast for organizing this extremely successful event in support of the OutCare Foundation.


On Saturday, November 12, 2016,  330 elegant bingo players gathered for the annual Black Tie Bingo! Fundraiser presented by Family Tree Wealth Management, the Roby Wealth Group. The third edition of this event was a huge success raising an impressive $63,000 for the Eldercare Foundation of Ottawa and the OutCare Foundation. Funds will be used to purchase important equipment to improve the quality of life of seniors living in nonprofit long-term care and those who require palliative care.


On Friday, August 19, 2016, over 160 golfers gathered for the most successful edition of the OutCare Classic in the event’s nine year history. The J.T.  Bradley’s OutCare Golf Classic presented by Dust Evans Grandmaitre Lawyers/Avocats and Heritage Funeral Complex raised an impressive $54,000 in support of palliative care across Eastern Ontario. Thank you to everyone who joined us at the Talbots Fashion Fundraiser on Tuesday, April 19, 2016! The event was a great success! 40 guests joined us for an evening of fabulous spring fashions at Talbots Rideau Centre. The event included delicious refreshments with NY imported cookies, an exclusive preview of Talbot new spring fashions and fabulous prizes, which included a complete outfit valued at $250.00.


On Tuesday, March 22, 2016 Laugh Your Way to Spring presented by Scotiabank took place at Anderson Links Golf Course.  This fun event raised over $7,500 for the OutCare Foundation! A special thanks to comedians Todd Reid, Michael Lifshitz, Mark Hatfield and Paul Mussell for generously donating their services for this event. On Saturday, November 21, 2015 the Ottawa Seniors’ Expo took place at the Nepean Sportsplex raising over $7,000 for OutCare! This interactive, fun and informative day showcased the best and latest services in seniors’ health, travel, lifestyle and so much more. It was organized by Next Step Transitions owners Kyla Cullian and Sean MacGinnis and Amy McConnell of Tea & Toast.


On Saturday, November 7, 2015 the 2nd edition of the Black Tie Bingo fundraiser presented by BMO Financial was a huge success raising over $50,000 for the OutCare Foundation and the Eldercare Foundation of Ottawa. To read the full story click here. To see photos click here.


On Friday, August 21, 2015 the J.T. Bradley's OutCare Golf Classic presented by Dust Evans Grandmaitre Lawyers/Avocats and Heritage Funeral Homes was a huge success raising over $50,000 for the OutCare Foundation!


On Sunday, June 14, 2015 the Great Gatsby Party, hosted by Kornelia Eisfeld-Lacey raised over $8,000 for the OutCare Foundation!


On November 22, 2014 the first ever Black Tie Bingo! Annual Fundraiser presented by MediSystem Pharmacy was held. This successful event raised $50,000 in support of the OutCare Foundation and the Eldercare Foundation of Ottawa.


On August 15, 2014 the OutCare Golf Classic presented by JT Bradley's raised over $33,000 for the OutCare Foundation! This year's event was a huge success.


The Great Gatsby Party hosted by Kornelia and Gary Lacey on June 21, 2014 raised over $5,000 in support of the OutCare Foundation's Campaign for Comfort.


The Wild Game Charity Dinner (September 28, 2013) raised over $2,000 for the OutCare Foundation and offered an experience like no other: a gourmet meal prepared by the couple who hunted the game.


2013 JT Bradley’s Golf Classic (August 16, 2013) raised $20,000 for the OutCare Foundation and the Navan Curling Club. Thanks to OutCare Chairman John Bradley for organizing another successful event and to all the sponsors. To see photos from the event visit OutCare’s facebook page.

2012 JT Bradley’s Navan Curling Club Golf Classic (August 23, 2012) raised over $16,000 for the OutCare Foundation and the Navan Curling Club. Thanks to all those who participated and a special thanks to all of the sponsors. John Bradley and his team put on another great event!


2011 JT Bradley’s Navan Curling Club Golf Classic (September 17, 2011) raised $8,000 for palliative care in Eastern Ontario.


2010 JT Bradley’s Navan Curling Club Golf Classic (September 18, 2010) raised $4,000 for the OutCare Foundation.


JT Bradley’s 110th Anniversary Celebration (September 18, 2008) raised more than $4,500 in support of the OutCare Foundation! Thanks to John Bradley for selecting the OutCare Foundation as the charity of choice for this special occasion.


Celebration In the Garden (June 18, 2008) raised funds in support of the OutCare Foundation. Thank you to our sponsors: Desjardins Pharmacy, the Sens Foundation and IBM.


Celebration of Life events were held from 2004 to 2007.
